I was able to fix the issue by renaming the plugin file to plugin.hold through FTP (I used Firezilla) then I was able to successfully log in to bring our WP up to date and renamed the folder back to plugin.
I then addressed issues in our site health report regarding inactive plugins and themes. I deleted them all except for one back up theme.
I also installed WP3 activate object cache to improve the performance.
I tested our website on Chrome and Safari, it was then I noticed our website fonts being replaced to something else. I checked the developer’s tool to see what the issues were. I learned that that the website had mixed insecure contents which were why the fonts were blocked. I then installed the plugin that addressed this issue.
Our website is working great now! Thank you so much! You are the hero!
