Hello Zubair Zahid,

I cleared both the?WooCommerce transients?and?analytics cache, but the fatal error is still in the reports in the dashboard.

I also tried deleting and reinstalling Woocommerce, but that didn’t fix this issue.
I rolled back to WC 8.5.2 (order reports are visible) and checked the error logs, but there is no warnings or errors when I open the order reports. When I update to 8.6.0 or 8.6.1 the fatal error is returning in the order dashboard.
This issue is not related to old orders, when I created a new order in the admin dashboard, I’m having the same error.

I’m out of options, I hope you can help me!

Hi Ckadenge,

I downgraded to PHP 8.0 and 8.1 but that doesn’t make any difference.

I have created a duplicate of the website and i have deactivated all plugins and I switched to the default storefront theme.
However, I still have the same fatal error when viewing an order in the Woocommerce dashboard.

Thanks a lot for your reply. The video had a width:100% and height:100%. I think this was causing the white space.
I added CSS for the PDF (display:none;) and now the white space is gone.

I have disabled Divi caching (this is the only caching I’m using right now), checked the number of decimals (2) and cleared the Transients.
However, this doesn’t solve the issue. When I change the shipping rate in standaard Woocommerce shipping tab to 4,25 euro, this value after saving and reopening has changed to 4,00 euro.

I was already using the smaller screenshot size, but I found out I was using an older version of your plugin. For some reason, I didn’t get an notice for an available update of your plugin and I was still using version 4.3. After updating to the latest version all screenshots are working.

I have a simular problem on https://moestuinkids.nl/. The button is enabled for all pages and all devices, but I only see the button on safari on touch devices. I already cleared cache (and disabled caching plugin) and tried different settings of the plugin. In Devtools I don’t see any javascript messages. The container with the whatsapp button is set to display:none in CSS, see https://snipboard.io/Sz8iAY.jpg

@jvdhelder no I didn’t. I ended up switching to Polylang. I think it is related to some server setting. The website I was working on was hosted by Mijn Domein. I tested also on a different host, and all was working fine there. I also found someone else with exactly the same problem with a website at Mijn Domein. So, if your website is hosted there, you can try to contact support (didn’t help for me), use Polylang or WPML or move to a different hosting company.
