Hi Tatvic.

I think I figured out what goes wrong, but I don’t have a solution yet. I have a multilingual website which is translated with WPML.
– If customers place an order on the Dutch global check-out page, it is registrered by Tatvic. Great!
– If customers place an order on the English global check-out, it is not registred by Tatvic. Help me!
– If I process a manual order in the backoffice of Woocommerce, it is not registrered by Tatvic. Help me!

Do you have a solution for this?

Hi Tatvic. No nothing has changed, that’s why it is so strange! I use the Divi theme in combination with Woocommerce. Can you please help me?

Some additional information. I think I’ve narrowed down the problem. I used the “delete” option from the Facebook Product Sync option on the product page. And now it states that the product description is too long.

On instagram, I can see that the product description is not the actual product description, but that your plugin takes my whole page builder html coding as the product description.
