I am having this same problem

I banned the ip on the site level
the server level and
in the fire wall
deleted the plugin entirely,
deleted all email ques
emptied all caches and
restarted the mail service
restarted the server

and still getting 1000’s of emails.

Did I get hacked or is this a bug.

I was using a shortcode widget maker also.

Maybe that is something EC might need to look into.

Reinstalled.

But 3.10 doesn’t seem to be working.

I do not have WP_Debug enabled as far as I know.

But if you visit the site on the home page on the left you will see there are no upcoming events but if you go to the events page you will there are several events in the que for this month.

Also the plugin will not deactivate.

It seems the list functionality is gone since the last upgrade.

No did not install using a new database or different table prefix

I reviewed all the security stuff that is why I deleted everything

I kept the database and just deleted the core files
