In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Redis Disabled for WP-Admin, but it still interferesHi
I’d like to do that, but have no clue what “something that plugin sets wasn’t classified as “wp-admin” group you may need to find the group name it sets” means or how to find it out.
I do know some PHP, so if you could please explain a bit further or point me to some relevant documentation, I might be able to find out what’s going on.Thanks

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] JavaScript ErrorHi Herman
Placed a ticket, but your system doesn’t allow selecting this plugin – so I selected our main license.
Ticket ID 532524
All the best

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] JavaScript ErrorSorry about the delay. I didn’t get the reply notification and I placed this because it came up on another site which I usually don’t work on.
On my test site I installed your plugin and Jetpack without any configuration settings and the error came up. I’ll have to have another look when I have some time and report back.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Backup Migration] Restore/Migration failed on GoDaddyHi
Thanks for the follow-up, but I needed to move on a couple of hours ago since I needed to get it done.
One thing though – the one I used in the end created an 800MB file and yours was only 350MB.
Not sure if yours was (higher) compressed and theirs not or if the creation of the backup had an issue even though it said it was fine. Thanks

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] JavaScript Error…a quick update – this only happens when JetPack is installed…
Thank you, but that would only work for this tester. There are many testers out there and many automated RSS retrieval systems.
Like e-mail software that pulls feeds for newsletters: MailChimp, ActiveCampaign….. and their IP addresses can change.
I assume that even some desktop RSS readers may have issues because they get a webpage instead of a feed.?
We needed to disable the Anti-Crawler now. Even if we don’t want bots to crawl the main site, the RSS feed is actually ideal to be “crawled” and until that can be excluded for every access we can’t use the anti-crawl.Actually – we have the same issue.
This could be fixed if there would be a way to exclude the RSS feeds from “Anti-Crawler”.
I tried entering the URL into “URL exclusions”, but that didn’t help.Works great.
Thank you very much.Genius.
Thank you.For anyone finding this:
IT does seem to be an issue with the Astra Pro version only when using the color extensions.
I have contacted the Astra Pro developers and someone is working on a fix.Amazing
Thank youForum: Plugins

In reply to: [User Role Editor] Create capability in code so it can be selectedAh. So a capability can’t exist if it’s not attached to a role.
That explains why I couldn’t find how to do it ??Thank you very much for the explanation and code sample.
Thanks you so much for looking into it and taking care of the address issue.
Also thank you for letting me know about the cart issue. I guess the ideal would be that the cart moves with the client logged in and that the admin could pre-load or inspect the user’s cart like it does if one would use regular log in and out with your plugin.
I wonder if there is a hook they have or can create that would allow a function to be called in your plugin after their switch to replace the user’s cart with your saved data with an additional piece of PHP code I can add in the site to make the connection between your plugins?Thank you again very much
