My Bad – you need to enter the FULL Url not just he playlist ID.

e.g. https://www.youtube.com/embed?listType=playlist&list=PLbR46jp4ha3HIKJNJ_kMEfN3zkJcjZKq9

when you insert as gallery it adds parameter.

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/embed?listType=playlist&list=PLbR46jp4ha3HIKJNJ_kMEfN3zkJcjZKq9&layout=gallery%5B/embedyt%5D

You have to have PRO version if you want to customise the gallery.

I see now how this issue happened.

1) Edit template – added just %%category_description%%
2) Edit a category – this populates the Meta Description with what is in the template
3) Now edit the template added %%category_description%% %%page%%
4) Now edit a category – the description was edited only – however now the Yoast SEO meta description is populated just with %%category_description%% therefore the template change did not propogate.

this seems to be an issue in Yoast – if I edit a category the current template is populated into the category meta data – if I then change the template – this category is not updated.. hope that makes sense.

@mikes41720 – that was it…. Dooh.

the Posts > Categories > Yoast SEO Meta Description – was overwriting the template –
Yoast SEO Search Appearance > Taxonomies > Category > Meta Description.

Interestingly if I leave the Posts > Categories > Yoast SEO Meta Description blank and update the category – when page refreshes, it populates with the template settings.

Hi I just deactivated all plugins (except Yoast)
and switched to twenty Twenty theme – but STILL the description doesn’t show the page.

I also checked integrity of all files (through Wordfence and Site Health plugin) – all ok.

yes the title is working BUT the description is not.

No Page – despite this being in the SEO template.

checked through the site and found the [language-switcher] shortcode being using in a TEXT widget in the footer – switched this for a HTML widget and hey – no error.

I did have 3 languages, English (UK), English, English (US) _ i removed to only have 1 – but still see notification.

I also checked all the extend subtabs and no red indicator.

still have red notification bubble.

from searching through the other threads in support for this app

a) looks like this plugin – no word from the developer for over 5 months.

b) Looks like the LinkedIn API v 2.0 removed some settings which this plugin required – See here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-companies-retrieved-4/

I have same issue.
I can see I am admin of the linkedin company page.
I have correctly authorised the app.

BUT get No Companies Retrieved! in the shortcode Info box on the LinkedIn Company Updates settings page in my wordpress website ??

Could you just add this to the plugin, seems silly to have to add it as a code snippet, with GDPR feel this should be automatically displayed.
