Hi Nico,

I love your plug in so thanks for the great work.

I have just installed on my personal website, but this has now broken the previously installed iframe shortcode plugin.

I was using the iframe plugin to show iframe from a different website, but from your comments above it looks like the ARVE will allow me to use the iframe plugin.

Could you please advise how I should correct my links below to get the to work with ARVE

thanks for reply, I have deactivated all plugins (except bb forum (required by theme), and Juiz Last Tweet Widget (is widget on my home page) and when I do this, the side column in my theme is correctly displayed. i.e. on home page, it is removed.

Then when I activate ‘Cookie Law Info’ the error occurs, i.e. side bar is shown on home page.

so it is definitely something with Cookie Law info and my theme.

I will go back to Kriesi again.

hi there, thanks for the response, really appreciate it.

The error is currently on my personal web site at the moment, I am wanting to use the same theme (Enfold) I have on my personal site, on my company website, and using my personal website as a test site.

it is on the home page of this site, page layout settings for the home page, should not display the sidebar, but when cookie-law-info is activated, the sidebar is shown???

I deactivated the plugin, removed folder from wp-content/plugins and re-installed.
Now I get settings appearing again.

FIXED.

dooh!!! was due to the fact I was using Amazon SES (amazon AWS email tool) was in sandbox mode,
this will only send to verified email addresses. You need production access to send to all users.

Now I have production access all now working.

from running in debug (setting debug on the Configure SMTP settings page)
I can see the SES connection is all fine, but the message fails at the end with

SMTP -> get_lines(): $str is “554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified. “
SMTP -> get_lines(): $data is “554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified. “
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified.
SMTP -> ERROR: DATA not accepted from server: 554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified.

i.e. the sending email address for forgotton password is not verified.

I have verified my domain and the email address [email protected] (which is the email address set in the WordPress general settings page)

How can I find out what email address it is using to send?
the debug output does not contain the message details so I am finding it hard to find ?

Can I ask you a little more of your setup.

a) did you sentup the sending in contact 7 form to be one email address
b) then you added this email address to be in your verified senders on SES

me too on this one, somewhere I can test themes plugins, and promote to a live site, but keep users / posts on the live environment when migrating from the staging environment.

joshvickerson what setup are you currently using ?
