This woo-commerce variation not hide in all product page
when i am trying to add display:none CSS then use WPC variation swatches the ADD to cart button not active please tell me how i can solve this issue

I have followed this tutorial but for this i have to create separate product for each variation. Due to which I am seeing the same product 3-4 times on the shop page. if i create two attribute color(Black, white, cream) and size(40IT, 42IT, 44IT), If I create a product of different colors like (Black, White, cream) then I want that I don’t have to create different Size variation products for this. Suppose I create one product named Silk long dress in black and I want to add attributes Color(Black, White, Cream) and Size(40IT, 42IT, 44IT) to it. How i can Create only one product for all attributes like if i create Black color variation product then size (40IT, 42IT ,44IT) not changed. How i can do this.
This is my product separate product with variation but i want to create single product with Linked variation
