Hey @asocialnomad — sorry that you’re running into an issue! Can you let us know the email address you used and when you submitted the tickets (roughly)? We’ll be sure to look for them there and respond. It usually takes 1-2 business days for our team to look through things. We also had the holiday weekend though this week that slowed the process down a bit. ??

Glad to hear it! Would you mind sharing some details on the conflict? We are trying to work through any bugs or conflicts since the larger recent release so any insights would be helpful!
Hey @agt3000, sorry that you’re running into an issue! Have you raised a support ticket with our team about this so that we can get it fixed for you? We’re actively working through any bug fixes and edge cases from the bigger 4.0 release.

@sterndata understand for sure that you’re protecting the ecosystem here and its users. We were just offering to directly support Peter though. That could include screen captures etc. If you reference the previous comment you will note that we did not request access to his site.

Hello @redkite! Thanks for using Widget Options. Hmm, you should be seeing advertisements for the plugin while editing. Would you mind shooting a screenshot over to [email protected]? We’d be happy to take a look at that for you.
Hey @ehungerford thanks for the feedback! We are designing a way currently to toggle between the two interface options after a few people expressed that that format was easier for them. So stay tuned for both to be available in one of our upcoming releases.
