My hosting company have made the change (to 300 seconds), and the plugin is now working well again.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t have access to change any of the parameters in the php.ini files, so I have raised a call with my hosting company.

I have tried to add the value to a .htaccess file too, plus install a ‘max execution time’ plugin, both to no avail, so i’ll wait to hear back before I post results.
