The only problem I have is, the table icons aren’t showing in the editor. Everything else works fine. I have done everything that most forums suggest, such as refresh cache. Deactivate all plugins, reactivate all plugins, close browsers, reopen browsers, re install plugin. But still no table icons. In the code there is the span class=mceSeparator which is wrapped in td, but no content in there. See below

I am also using WordPress 3.0.1 and TinyMCE Advanced Version 3.2.7
Please advice.
