I am guessing you changed the url to NOT include /blog, am I correct?
I am guessing at what you did, so you can try this:
https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/You need to login to your host do this.
OR
You can move the files in /blog to /.
MAKE BACKUPS FIRST
Anyone else think I am wrong?

Have you checked your htaccess file? It’s possible you may have a bed rewrite or redirect, maybe even a rogue one.

the last time I had an issue with archive pages, it was due to them not being in the right place, or not turned on (some plugins can disable them, ditto for some themes). Have you contacted the company you bought the them from?

Gangleri, not everyone is a “Picasso” like you, so sometimes we mere mortals have to use whats availible. Maybe when we reach the higher planes you gods of design occupy, we can create something artistic and make you happy. Clearly that is what matters. Content? pffft, it has to look pretty!
oh and bladsvs is the same person as the site owner.

Having said that, is there a reson why the WP-SUPERCACHE plugin I believe) says that the ‘root’ directory for the site root should not be writable by the anyone including the owner? This of course make upgrading difficult, but beyond that, why?
