Hi, have the URL under question 2, but still no luck.

It doesn’t matter, I will mark it as resolved. I have removed getting the counts and will enter them manually as it was seriously slowing down the sites loading time. Using P3 Plugin Profiler it said Ultimate Social was taking up 54% of the sites loading time.

Removing the automatic counts has fixed the load time.

Thank you for the reply. When you say “Did you enter your google+ url under question 2?” do you mean in the plugin settings?

I have the Google+ URL under the Plugin settings “What do you want the URL icons to do?” https://plus.google.com/+G2gcommunitiesOrgCIC

In your plugin settings it says “Please make sure you have entered the URL for Visit my Google+ page at: like https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/%5Bpageid%5D in Google+ settings under question number 2.”

Do I need to change the format to be the same as above?

re: LinkedIn, I will enter a manual number.

re: Facebook count, I noticed that a few times it will disappear and then come back, I’m guessing it’s an issue between the site and Facebook getting a count.

re: Facebook count. Seems to have fixed by removing and re-adding the widget.

It would be amazing to have a rollback feature just for these sort of instances.

Same problem here, getting open originals: false on the page and all the formatting is messed up.

Ok, so I might of been pre-emptive with this one.

I did 2 more changes, I re-authorise the account with Facebook & changed it to Let Facebook fill the link info and seems to be working again. Wohoo!

I have tried taking a copy of inc/template-tags.php and putting it in my child theme which it ignores the changes.

Obviously works fine if I edit in the main theme file, but will be overwritten with any updates.

Many thanks Greg, will give it a go, have gone premium and with the new template has come out a lot better.

Maybe something you can add for the future, to allow category id’s and/or blog id’s to be full or post.

I have set-up a child theme, I see where the text is now on 226, so I need to copy inc/template-tags.php to my child and replace with the above?

Don’t have a URL as of yet as working on it locally.

Still suffereing with these 2 errors, has anyone come across them before and have a solution please? I’ve looked through everything and can’t seem to get a fix.

Is this something I can simply ignore due to being a test?
