How do I clarify whether it is a theme problem or a plugin problem?

Okey, the problem is this.

When I add Image url (in the editor) and then push “Publish” the Image url dissappears from the right side of the article editing page (where it says “Image url”).

What can I do?

So the image is re-used and the headline is: “TPS nimesi kapteenistonsa kaudelle 2013-14”

On the frontpage rotator, the picture works fine.

When you open the article, the picture works fine.

But when you open a sub-category, the picture doesn’t show at all, and the same would happen in the frontpage, when it will be dropped out of the rotator to under the rotator.

This new is not in the frontpages rotator anymore, but still you can see the problem.

So it works in the frontpage, when it is in the rotator. In our rotator, there are seven news and after we drop news out from rotator, the news goes under the rotator and then the photo doesn’t work anymore (except in the article itself).

That same thing happens with our sub-categories, like here (there is no photo in the news: Lukon tshekkilupaus testiin kotimaahansa):

And it would also work correctly in our frontpage rotator, but not under the rotator nor in the sub-categories.

Yes, I choose the image from the Media library and insert it into the post. And that photo shows up in the Front page and in the article itself, when you open it. But not in a sub category I want it to show (also). Only the headline and first sentences shows there, but no image.

I tried to add the same photo, I’ve used before, via text tab, but it still doesn’t show in the syb category.

Actually, I was trying to post that I’m using 3.5.1, but for some reason it chose 3.6. So my version is 3.5.1.
