Hey, thanks for the file. I have been a bit disconnected with my plugins so I will put some time aside in the next week to update them. I even believe that for this plugin I even made some unreleased changes.

I’m curious how you are using this plugin as I had put less focus on it with Gutenberg as I’m just unsure if they can work together.

I have been a bit behind on my todo list as you can see. I hope to release an update this month.

Might be that I do a fast release this week to address the easier fixes.

I will do a test run soon to see if I can fix it somehow. ACF and plugins alike are always tricky to handle correctly.

It’s under development but last changes got made 6 months ago. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can finish that release.

That said, with the new editor, I don’t see how I can enhance it but if you have ideas then I would love to hear that. But enough people are still using the old editor.

Thanks for this feature request. Being able to move the logic to other screens is something I had in mind from the start. The main issue is how can it be leading.

For plugins for example, it’s better to have an automatic way to put plugins in tabs. Like all WooCommerce or EDD plugins in one tab. Or maybe filter by tags provided. A lot of thinking needs to be done for a feature like this. So saying that it can be developed very quickly is incorrect. But I will see what I can come up with in the next few months.

I haven’t been working on my open source projects this year yet. I did started cleaning things up for this plugin so I can hook features likes this easier through a sub plugin. Hopefully I can manage to get this feature done in the next 2 months.

First of all thank you for this offer again. Currently the functionality is there but only for the permission tab. So if you don’t have permissions to see the tab, it will be hidden by using remove_meta_box.

In this case I’m unsure yet what the best UX design for this is. So I have to think about it a bit more what to do here.

And most likely your host doesn’t have the serverside support for it either. You can easily test that out with KeyCDN’s toolset https://tools.keycdn.com/brotli-test. If they have it supported then the you have a real change they want to integrate this new functionality as well.

I just wanted to hook into this. First of all, you do want the date reference if you have a lot of media. As there is an actual limit on how many files you can store in one folder. There are also some performance risks involved.

Unsure why you want to remove wp from the folder name but you can specify a custom content directory in wp-config.php
