I tried the following from someone else’s post but it made no difference?

I can see that the backup gets timed out or killed off. Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size? To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb save your settings and run a new process.

I just had a new subscriber register and all seems well, I received confirmation from mailchimp as I would expect.

When I register with a alias name, I receive only one notification, nothing from mailchimp and no double optin?

Hi Chris, the plugin should be loading on the homepage just above the text.

Thomas, I would imagine that the theme does have the required wp_footer() in the footer php as I have two other sites working with the same configuration and they work fine. Also the author of the skin has included designed the skin to use the plugin.

I am using thesis 2 as the theme and Bizlife Pro as the skin.

I can confirm it is fixed now…..Thank you for a great plugin.

A workaround ( fix ) will be provided today ( wppa+ version 5.1.2 ).
