This should be solved in the new version.
The new version only compares posts when the length do not differ in more than 200 characters.

Filtering the category is some more sophisticated. I noted it for some future releases.

The new version is online. It offers an automatic “pending” while publishing a post.
The cron job has some difficulties and will not be included in the future. See the FAQ
