Hi jeff.

Yeah i had already sorted that out thanks to your earlier help. But what seems to happen is that when ever i go to my (domain/wp-login.php) to log onto my dashboard board to make changes, the site and home url change back to how it was set before i changed them to my actual domain site.

just one more thing james.

When im trying to access my workpress dashboard with the (domain.co.uk/wp-access) and i try to log in which looks like a strange screen and not the normal wordpress login one, i then get problem loading page, and the URL shows this – https://your.domain.name/the/path/wp-login.php

any ideas?

haha. well i done a computer system restore to yesterday and its fixed my issue.

it was when i tried to get onto my dashboard it kept coming up with error messages.

But now its fixed.

im currently going though the same stages and iv developed an ecommerce website with alot of items and pages, will i have to individually go through every page and change every permalink to my new web domainname?

Well accoring to flatsome they cannot offer me help as this would require customising their theme.

If anyone who is good with code can have a look at that code i put in my 1st thread can you possibly see if there is something wrong with it?

I do get a new colum when i put the code in but its all white and has every single category in it, and i cannot amend it.

Thanks for the response. You make a good point catacaustic. I think ill just leave it as it is for now and if i need to amend it in the future ill try find a plugin.

I have contacted them as well but just waiting for a reply.

I doubt they will help me do this as on their support page they say they dont help with modifications. Which i assume what i am wanting to do is a modification.
