how do i edit the code? which page should i edit?

i checked and PHP is a valid extension.
wp-config doesn’t give me any trouble anymore. i just want to log in already and it won’t let me…

BTW – i fixed the wp-config. now i just can’t log in because of the 403…

i already tried it about 20 times.
still doesn’t work :(((((

anything with regard to encoding? when i try to change it to ANSI i can’t even get to see the errors…

i know. i did it just to make sure there weren’t any white spaces using the line numbers. i didn’t save.

i checked. i opened it in frontpage, where it has numbered lines – absolutely no spaces in front of <?php and none after ?>
