The new version works fine when I’m not logged.
When I’m logged, the data is not mapped to a post.
I’m using the plugin Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension to generate an order number of each post, and this plugin fails too (only when logged).

Fixed.
The quiz started to work when I changed the double quotes by single quotes in Quiz code.

The same here, the required fields or error messages stop to work when this (great) addon to CF7 is activated.

I’m using Conditional Fields and with CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension enabled, I lost the UI in Conditional Fields an only can edit it in Text mode. Is not terrible, but it’s a bug that you could consider in futures updates.
