You have to download that free extension and upload it, then you will be able to use its settings which will appear in the AMP Options panel.

I guess you are adding some Custom CSS which is causing this issue. Check the below CSS which is causing this issue. Remove it or change it to make it visible.

And also there are 2 errors on your AMP pages saying “Custom JavaScript is not allowed”, are you trying to add any extra JS in your AMP pages?

2. You have to enable the option “Non-AMP link in Header” from AMP options panel.

3. There is an option called “Navigation Menu”, disable that option.
