But your recommendation is interesting: the default value for this setting is 400 Mb, and I replace this value by 200 Mb.So I note your recommendation to set the value to 25 Mb if the trouble comes again and then:
– if OK with 25 Mb, I have to research the greater value (greater than 25 Mb) with a successful backup
– if always not OK, I send to you a copy of the backup log. But how can I send it to you ? There is no place in this page to get a file attached.

I have found the solution
I have to add “link_target=_blank]” to the shortcode : that is indicated in the documentation, but without explanation about this modifier.
And this modifier is not very clear for me, but it is explained on the web.
So the link is opened in a new tab (I did not search for opening in a new window; I do not need it)

In any case, I activate the plugin to add new roles and/or to assign new roles to the users. I get plenty of warning/error messages when I save the changes for the users, but the roles are correctly created and assigned to the users. Afterwards, I deactivate the plugin, because it is no longer useful. Roles are stored in the database and the new created roles are taken into account by the database in the same ways as the basic roles of wordpress (editor, author….); the menus which are not permitted are not displayed: everything perfectly works.
My theme is SamplePress, a pro-theme that is designed by Elegant Themes, that you can contact.

I tried again with server “maximum” an time “20mn” and it goes further (for the compression), and the compression is blocked now at 93% . I have always the message: “WARNING: job restarts due to inactivity of more than 5 minutes”. I have also this final message in French language that I translate: “WARNING : the task is ended in 1154 sec with advertisements. Please correct them to get a correct execution”. I note that the message indicates “warnings” and not errors I note from your previous answer that you tell me that the backup is in fact correct and I have not to worry about it. But I think it is interesting for you to get the information; something could surely be done to avoid these warnings and to get the task properly finished and it would be a good thing. Is it the mail php function ? the request a SMTP platform etc… ? It is necessary to know it to investigate with the hosting provider (which is 1&1)

I do not use “Woo commerce”. So I cannot do this try as suggested. I use the “classical” word press and this trouble comes when using the classical login windows of WordPress (https://choeurpolycantus.fr/wp-login). You have an option “lost password” to get a mail when you have forgotten your password (or also wish to have it changed). But I do not receive the mail. Whereas I t=receive a mail if I use the plugin “Front End reset password” developed by Square One Media. But I would like to have this problem fixed and corrected if possible. Thank you.
