In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] No sense · Not workingHi @oscarbg,
I visited your website and the search icon works properly. Are you still seeing the problem? If yes, which device and browser are you using?

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] filter problemHi @a95web,
FiboSearch is compatible with WooCommerce Product Filter by WooBeWoo and the filters should be narrowed down to match the search results. This works only on the search results page. The autocomplete search results won’t refresh the filters.
Regards,
MartaHi @magnitu,
Regarding the first problem: please use the following CSS:
.dgwt-wcas-layout-icon-flexible .dgwt-wcas-search-form { opacity: 1 !important; }
Regarding the second problem: please use the following CSS to hide the Porto search icon:
#header .searchform-popup .search-toggle { display: none !important; }
Paste it into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] loadingHi @a95web,
It’s not possible to keep the “See all products” link when the enter key is disabled. I let our developers know about the problem, but it probably won’t be implemented.

MartaHi @nour1404,
Thanks for the update! I’m glad it’s working for you now ??
Hi @jfarley1,
I checked your website and the search is working properly. Could you write us again when you observe the problem and provide some details:
– On which page have you done the search (home page, product page, category page etc.)?
– What have you typed in the search box?
– Have you hit Enter, “See all products” or have you selected a product from the dropdown? As many details as possible would be appreciated ??
Regards,
MartaHi @smanu,
I checked your website but can’t observe the problem. Could you provide step-by-step instructions on how to replicate the problem? What do you type in the search bar? Do you hit Enter or do you select a product? What do you type when you’re on the search results page?
Right now, I can see some other errors in the browser console and perhaps you could fix them first.

MartaHi @rikah,
What’s the address of your website? If you don’t want to share your website address, could you send me a screenshot of the problem via eg. https://imgbb.com/?
Regards,
MartaHi @bookkand,
I checked your website and the search seems to be working properly. The hyperlinks are working and when I click on them, I’m redirected to the correct product. The search results page shows the correct products. Are you still experiencing the problem? If yes, could you describe it with more details? Thanks!

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] Result page and charset in urlHi @riba986,
The “dgwt_wcas=1” is there on purpose. It tells FiboSearch to handle the search. Without it, your website will use the default WooCommerce search. If you want to use FiboSearch features, you’ll need to restore the “dgwt_wcas=1” and fix the problem with all products returned. The best approach is to deactivate all your plugins (except FiboSearch and WooCommerce) one by one and check the search after each deactivation. If this doesn’t help, switch temporarily to a different theme, eg. Storefront. This way, you’ll find the conflicting plugin/theme.
Regarding the second problem: perhaps a plugin or your theme is modifying the search query. Note that the “Poka?i vse izdelke…” link in the FiboSearch dropdown points to the correct page:
?s=slu?&post_type=product&dgwt_wcas=1
Again, it’s best to deactivate your plugins one by one and switch your theme.
Please let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] Search by tagsHi Miroslav,
Which translation plugin are you using? FiboSearch Free is integrated only with WPML and Polylang.

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] loadingHi @a95web,
What’s the address of your website? It’s hard to provide a solution without taking a look at the problem ?? If you don’t want to share your website address, perhaps you could send us a picture of the problem via eg. https://imgbb.com/.

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] most popular of the userHi @mrgusto,
Unfortunately, FiboSearch doesn’t support this feature. It is on our TODO list, but it’s not our priority and we can’t tell when it will be implemented.

MartaHi @bambicoker77,
I can see that your search results page is showing categories. What are your settings in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalog -> Shop page display? Is it set to ‘Show categories’? If yes, please set it to ‘Show products’ and check the search results page.

In reply to: [FiboSearch - Ajax Search for WooCommerce] Search conditionHi @felinecrisis,
No, it’s not possible. FiboSearch uses the AND logic, which means that it will search for products that match all search words. This is to narrow down the search results. If we allowed the OR logic, not only the “figure Bandai collection” products would be found, but also all other products that contain at least one of the search words.
I hope this explains the problem ??

Marta
