Please deactivate any optimization or cache plugin and any other third party plugin to rule out any third party conflict.

If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin. then Switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily and see if it solves your error.

Thank you for the screenshot. Since the widget you are using is not part of the Elementor plugin, I do not see a way to add a shortcode inside that widget.

We highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team. They may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendations (or possible fixes) to resolve it.
