Hi @webpart,
Thank you for the update.
According to the conversation, the issue is “The problem seems to be that Elementor isn’t getting the Theme’s default settings.”
I want to verify if you had Disable Elementor’s default fonts and colors, This will disable the Elementor defaults and make your theme’s colors and fonts the default.?
https://elementor.com/help/disable-elementors-default-fonts-and-colors/
As additional steps, deactivate all the plugins except Elementor and see if there is any conflict with another third party plugin.
We are looking for your reply.
Kind Regards.
Thank you for contacting us.
The third party plugin should have an option on the settings to noindex
As we have no control over coding for third-party plugins, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team. They may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendations (or possible fixes) to resolve this issue.
In any case I found this online if is any of help

Hi @stephunique
Thank you for the reply and update.
I tested on my test site with an image of 1600×880 pixels, with image resolution as large and the following settings on the container and image widget.
https://postimg.cc/gallery/K2S4821
The image was full width, change the height of the image to 100vh if needed.
I hope this helps.
If you still need asistance with this issue, would be helpful to see the page with the image.
Kind Regards
Hi @golded,
After looking at the issue on a mobile phone, I can see it is coming from the theme Astra. If I added overflow: hidden on the page, the problem does not happen.
Please change the theme temporarily to a different one, check if the issue persists.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards.
Hi @webpart,
I want to reiterate and confirm what my colleague mentioned previously: the plugin in charge of the minification and cache you are using on the site is the one causing the conflict.
I will recommend clearing the Cache and Minified files and deactivating the optimization plugins temporarily to solve the issue.
Please refer to this article for detailed troubleshooting for layout issues related to Elementor.

If you still run into issues with the minification and cache plugin, as we have no control over coding for third-party plugins we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team. They may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendations (or possible fixes) to resolve the issue.
I hope it helps!
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

In reply to: [Elementor Website Builder - More than Just a Page Builder] WP_E_NOTES TableHi @maybuck,
Thank you for contacting Elementor.
Regarding your question, the table wp_e_notes is part of the Elementor Por plugin. For reference – Collaborate using Notes.
If you are using the Elementor free version, it won’t be installed, which is probably why it is not installed on the DB.
Please let us know if you have additional questions.
Kind Regards
Hi @igonzalezcv
Thank you for contacting Elementor.
Most likely there could be some broken CSS or cache on your site.
Please try these methods and tell us if they helped: Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard. Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible).
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless of whether it helped. If it doesn’t help, it might be possible that a plugin/ theme conflict can cause the issue. Try to deactivate your plugins one by one and check if it helps with each deactivation.
Switching to a default WP theme will also rule out a theme conflict.
If you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com

Thank you for contacting Elementor.
it’s possible that you see a cached version of the live page.
We have a few tools that help in such a situation; we hope it’ll help:
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible). Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard. Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Advanced tab and switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
If it doesn’t help, switch the CSS print method back for better performance. As a possible workaround, our Hello theme allows you to create headers and footers for free. You do that Through Appearance > Customize when the Hello theme is active.

Hi @soggyfries,
Thank you for contacting Elementor.
Regarding the description of the issue, I am not able to see the difference of the footer in the site compared with the image you shared with us.
In any case, if the issue persists, I recommend deactivating all the plugins except Elementor and clearing all cache, including the server cache, to see if there is any difference.
Let us know if you will need additional assistance.
