Hi @philthe,
To verify if that template is part of Elementor, go to the template library, which you can access from any page edited with Elementor, click the Add Template From Library icon,?and look for the same template.
Learn more about it here:
https://elementor.com/help/template-library/
If you need to update to the latest Elementor core version, verify the new version, which comes with the release date. Before updating the plugin, make sure you have created a backup to avoid any inconvenience or create a staging site with the same environment where you can troubleshoot or experiment without affecting the live site.
I hope this is helpful.
Kind Regards.
Hi @momo-fr,
Thanks for contacting Elementor.
Using the Elementor Editor site settings, you can edit the breakpoints of the default devices and add additional devices with their breakpoints.
- From the menu, under?Settings, select?Layout.
- In the panel, scroll down to?Breakpoints?and expand it. You can now edit the breakpoints.
Elementor allows you to customize screen widths to accommodate new devices.?In the panel, enter a new breakpoint value in pixels in the Breakpoint (px) text box.
The new number you entered will define the screen width for that breakpoint. Click?Save Changes.
I hope this helps you solve the issue.
Kind Regards.

Hi @jonlove,
I understand the layout on your website repite many times even when you are not using Elementor.
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
Check your server’s configuration to make sure it meets Elementor’s requirements, especially in terms of PHP version, memory limit, and other settings.
I am looking forward to your response.?
Kind regards,
Hi @dixonds,
Thanks for contacting Elementor.
That is right! you can edit the home page with Elementor and the blog page with WordPress Site Editor.
Please note Elementor builder and WP standard editor pages work differently.
You may alternate in some pages with the Wp Edit page/theme’s customizer and Elementor’s editor, however, please note that it is not possible to interchange them in the very same internal page. For example, if you create your “Blog” page with Elementor, it cannot be edited with anything else but Elementor editor.
If you save the page within the Elementor editor, your content made with Elementor should appear again.Kind Regards
Thanks for contacting Elementor.
This could be caused by various factors such as conflicts with other plugins, theme compatibility issues or custom code.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Check for Plugin Conflicts: Deactivate all other plugins except Elementor and see if the issue persists. If the ad is visible, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.
- Switch Theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty-One) to see if the issue relates to your current theme. If the ad appears with the default theme, the problem lies within your theme’s compatibility with Elementor.
- Disable Custom Code: If you have added any custom CSS or JavaScript that might interfere with Elementor, try disabling them temporarily to see if the icons appear.
- Check Browser Console for Errors: Open your browser’s developer console (usually by right-clicking on the page, selecting “Inspect”, and then navigating to the “Console” tab) and see if there are any error messages related to Elementor or its assets (like CSS or JavaScript files). These errors could provide clues as to what’s causing the problem.
- Third-party Scripts or Ad Blockers: Sometimes, third-party scripts or ad blockers installed in your browser can interfere with Elementor’s functionality. Try disabling any browser extensions or add-ons temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- Server Configuration: Check your server’s configuration to make sure it meets Elementor’s requirements, especially in terms of PHP version, memory limit, and other settings.
Check also the differences between sites to understand better where the conflict originate.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards.
Hi @kubaroki,
I understand you are having issues using the global colors with Elementor despite using a different theme.
Please check the php error server log for any indication of a conflict with Elementor.
I also recommend regenerating CSS and data; go to Elementor > Tools and click Regenerate Files & Data. See if there is any difference.
To verify this is not an issue with your hosting enviroment, please create a local site and try to reproduce the same problem with only Elementor plugins installed.
Let us know if you need additional assistance.
Hi @kolliat,
I understand the headings color changed recently, I check the website and I noted you are using the theme ColorMag Pro, which appears to be the one managing the headings title.
Please backup your site, then, regenerate CSS and data. Go to Elementor > Tools; this will regenerate your CSS and data; see if there is any difference.
If the issue persists, temporarily change the theme to a different one to rule out a theme conflict. If the issue is fixed by changing the theme, contact the support team of this theme to help you solve the issue.
Otherwise, let us know if you need additional assistance.
Kind Regards.
Hi @taropaa,

Let us know if you need additional assistance.
Kind Regards.

Hi @sajjadansari,
Regarding the question, it’s probably because emails from your site are being treated as spam. When that email is sent from one server to the next, the email will get discarded or filed in the Junk Mail or the spam folder.
You can use an SMTP server, which ensures your emails are delivered faster and helps prevent them from ending up in users’ spam folders.
Since you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
I’d also suggest you check out Elementor Community Group on Facebook. We have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, Global Elementor Community.
www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
Hi Chris @chrisfeix
I will assume you are using the archive template with the archive post widget, this widget does not have a native option to create a layout as the one you shared with us. You will need to create/find custom code to achieve this layout.
If instead you use the posts widget in the archive template you can exclude posts on the query section
Check this article for reference Posts widget vs Archive Posts widget
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards.
Hi @maxidavis
Make sure the Flexbox container featuere is set as “default” or “inactive for you to see the wireframe available.
Go to?Elementor > Settings > Features?tab
Let us know if you have additional questions.

Hi @patyer
I noted you are using an old version of the Elementor core plugin, the latest version is 3.21.0. Please update the version.
Also I recommend increasing the memory limit of the site, probably to 768 MB or more for best performance.
Plese try that and see if there is any difference.
Kind Regards

Hi,
If you use Elementor to design your page with the template set to full width, and after you change the template to the default theme and the content is pushed to the left, it seems this conflicts with the theme you are using. We highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.
To adjust the margins for mobile version, I suggest you create a version for mobile exclusively to adjust the margins specifically for mobile without affecting the desktop view. However this can also be a conflict with the theme.
