I have now created a fresh install using the gtbuilder theme, only plugins installed are woocommerce and your custom product tabs and can see that the theme is generally woocommerce compatable and when only the standard woocommerce tabs are used they are responsive on mobile so the theme does appear to have woocommerce responsive styling for the standard tabs – see:

However when I add a couple of custom tabs using your plugin they are not responsive on mobile and hide the standard tabs (eg reviews) if the appear after the custom tabs- see below:

I really need help with this – we have actually paid for your Pro version – can provide license number if that helps.

Yes was just about to reply as not sure what the folder is you’re referring to and just tried taking all the content out of the tabs and still same problem. I have inherited this theme from another developer and need to add the shop part. So do you think it is because it isn’t woo commerce compatible?

Yep done that, persists with just Woocommerce activated and standard theme – concluded that it is some corrupt data somewhere so am in the process of rebuilding the site from scratch.

Ok got it, was looking in wrong place. Sadly it says “No old slugs found.”

Any other suggestions?

Hi loaded up Jetpack but “delete old slugs” is not in the list of available modules. However used a plugin “remove old slugs” https://wpfactory.com/item/remove-old-slugs-wordpress-plugin/
but the only slugs removed were posts not products

Does this do the same as the jetpack one? If not any idea how to get that jetpack module?

Thanks, this s now resolved (only by starting afresh with a new WordPress and database install) so I am guessing it was a corrupt database.

Also having major issues similar to this (version 4.9.8 WP, Woocommerce Version 3.4.5)

This client website https://sky-baby.pipeten.co.uk only has one product (mattress, 29.99) but a random old version of the product (mattress 24.99) keeps getting added at checkout, does;t appear in basket or at checkout but only at order confirmation stage and in emails. Customer is charged correct amount ￡29.99. Doesn’t appear to happen with first order just subsequent ones. Have tried disabling all plugins, caching, optimising database, can’t find the rogue product in the database. Anyone else had this and found a fix? Have been poking around for hours on this. Help!!

Apologies, this is a theme specific issue as it is not an issue when using 2014. Any ideas how to fix this in the custom theme?
