ah, at the end it was fast – I didn’t understand the fact that what you add in advanced setting for minify it is only taken in cosideration when Manual is set for Minify in general tab.
So I just went from automatic to manual and that was it. My setting was already done yesterday.

Since there is lot of setting – but since there is no probable cause, I have no other option.

It is not, I have clear caches. I deleted table of content from anywhere and created a new one.
But after last release very same thing happen again – I basically need to go to each post and page open it in edit mode and save it.
I guess I will just replace the plugin with another one since this solution is not sustainable.

“Add a header and start to generate the table of contents” (please note that is a translated text).
If I enter edit mode of the page/post and display it all is fine for some time and then it restarts. ??

I believe that there are different types of error on wp-env which are possible (I remember seeing more of them while searching on internet, I just knew that none of the was applicable for me)
So in my case what I needed to do was ensure was to make sure that terminal setting in Docker matches to terminal that I was using.

after full 4hours trying to solve and asking the question at the end – I found out that I needed to change the terminal setting within Docker
