Thanks for the immediate help and resolution! And for the great tool, of course.
Best,
Marco
Thanks, I sent you a mail.
It seems the only way to edit the contents of a table is to export it, edit it offline and then re-import it, which is fairly labour-intensive. On doing this, the same issue described above is still present, though.
In fact, it’s not possible to make any changes at all to any celll in an existing table; on ‘save’, the new changes and the remaining contents of the cell disappear, leaving an empty cell.
As I click ‘save’, the content in the new row (but not the new row itself) disappears. This happens even when I attempt to edit content in existing rows.
Well, that was enormously helpful – there it was in the trash, the former version of ‘discography’. Now fixed and indeed as you say, nothing at all to do with your most useful plug-in!
Thanks again…
Yes, of course there is, my mistake. It is this page which contains the TablePress ID: [table id=3 /]
Many thanks for your reply, Tobias. The odd thing is that there is no page called ‘discography’. It is merely a blank entry in a menu, which has two sub-links, each leading to an existing page.
The strange ‘_trashed’ suffix only began to appear when I entered all my TablePress links into a table, whereas they were earlier contained in text blocks…. Somehow this is a redirect error, as you suggest.
Best,
Marco

For example, the same thing occurs with https://martingordon.de/kimono-my-house/, which directs me to https://martingordon.de/discography__trashed/kimono-my-house/

In reply to: Some menu items functioning, others notI restored an earlier version in which the functionalities and pages are working as expected. Don’t know what the problem was, though.

In reply to: Some menu items functioning, others notI think the issue is within the pages themselves.
When I edit the pages (within the dashboard/pages), and click View, I get the Apologies error, but when I click Edit, I see the page as expected.

In reply to: Some menu items functioning, others notThe pages DO exist, of course. But when I go directly to the URL (example: https://martingordon.de/radio-stars/) I get the Apologies message… and no 404 error.

In reply to: Some menu items functioning, others notI tried adding extra items to other menu headers, in case there was a maximum number of drop-downs available, but that worked as expected. So drop-down items 4, 5 and 6 just don’t work within this one particular menu.

In reply to: Some menu items functioning, others notTried that, but but no joy. Thanks for tip anyway. I wonder if anyone else has any ideas…
