Upating the theme fixed the issue.

For the past two days, things have been back to normal on my site. All ratios now appear correctly with the new imports. Dunno what fixed it…

I can confirm that the problem is STILL present. The images fetched today were cropped in 1:1 RATIO on my wordpress site.

I finally decided to uninstall and re-install the plugin. This seems to have fixed the issue. I don’t know what caused it, but it’s now gone.

Can you PLEASE make sure that previous settings are kept intact when you update your plugin? The two updates you did erased the settings and it breaks it. Like now I need to re-add the URL for the .png file… We shouldn’t have to re-do this when the plugin is being updated…

Thank you. I will keep this in mind.
Meanwhile, I have noticed that my Theme is also creating instabilities. I might explore first the option of installing a new theme. If need be, I’ll submit a pro ticket to prevent ShiftNav from loading on specific pages like you suggested.

I tried downloading manually the plugin, and in the plugin file “wc-gateway-ccbill.php”, version says * Version: 1.0.1
