Just tried to configure the plugin on 3 different websites located on a different multisite and received the same error after attempting to save the changes.

No, but I figured out what I was doing wrong and seem to have it working now. Thanks for the follow-up.

Seeing as how this plugin hasn’t been updated in over a year I’m wondering if this could be the cause of my issues?

Something weird I just discovered. If I change the Default Template to Filename – Filename and download count and refresh the page containing the shortcode I get the following:

open (7 downloads)

I don’t know why this file is named ‘open’.

Most of the files in this kit are too large to upload to the site so I place them inside of a Google Drive and share them.

– I place this shortcode on a page.
– If I navigate to the page and click the link I get a file called ‘open’.
– If I manually navigate to that URL instead of me getting the Google drive file I get a file called ‘open’.

Now my uploads are failing! again! Total synced 59 with 10 colored items selected! Managed support tried to monitor the image upload, low cpu but slow queries in MySQL.

I knew as soon as I saw that update yesterday, 11/7/2019, I was going to have problems, and I was right. Since starting this thread I’ve moved this website to an entirely different hosting platform, more expensive and with supposedly better resources. I was humming along just fine uploading designs on the Gildan 2400 with 10 colors selected. As soon as I updated the plugin I started getting the maximum execution error again. First time getting it in this new hosting environment.

Two months without a single reply tells me all I need to know about the fate of this plugin. I ran across the PWA for WP plugin which works with the AMP for WP plugin and have them both installed on one of my sites and it seems to work as expected.

There are a lotta cool advantages to having this plugin integrate with the AMP for WP plugin. My only knock is that there’s a cost for add-ons for both.

I think those in search of a PWA plugin should give this one a try instead.

I settled for 10 different colored shirts for s, m, l, xl, 2xl, & 3xl which synced 59 items for each of my designs. This is my first store and those were short-sleeve t-shirts, so with winter coming I’ll be focusing on long sleeved t-shirts and hopefully won’t be experiencing this issue again. Or until I start back adding t-shirts.

This issue seems to center around the number of items I select to add a design to. So in my case I want to add a design to the Bella Canvas 3001 t-shirt. I initially had 14 different colors which would sync almost 100 items. I’ve since dropped it down to 12 t-shirts which syncs around 71 or 13 which syncs 77 for s, m, l, xl, 2xl, 3xl shirts. It’s bad enough being limited to having to add 1 item at a time but now it seems there’s a limit to the number of items you can select. So far I’ve added almost 2100 items to this store and of those items this is the 1st time I’ve added a single design to multiple t-shirts. So I know it’s not my hosting environment. I think there may be a limitation to the number of items you can add a design to.

Be nice if there was a way to add additional colors after the fact. So if I choose 6 different t-shirts I can then go back and select any additional colors.

Scratch that! When you go in to change the product image in Woocommerce it removes it from the gallery. So when I try to view the product in the Woocommerce front-end it’s not there. So basically I have to delete and re-submit each of the designs.

Another observation is the amount of time it’s taking to upload the shirts. When this 1st occured I was uploading Ringer t-shirts with all colors selected and the uploads were pretty fast. Now I’m using Bella Canvas 2001 t-shirts with 10 colors and the loads time is slower.

That’s the error I receive and in both cases all I was doing was uploading t-shirts. As I type this I’m attempting to load Bell Canvas 3001 t-shirts and notice that I was able to load two and the error appears on the 3rd. For a minute I thought it had to do with the mock-up I selected as I tried a different one after it failed and was able to add the shirt.
