@jeremy, I apologize for the late reply. I have switched to the “icons only” options and cleared all the cache.

It looks the Facebook share button is working now just fine. But I would appreciate if you do your tests especially on the Google+ & LinkedIn buttons. I guess there is something strange with their share counts.

I am currently using the official button and all share counts are doing well. The issue happens when I use the “Icons Only” option (rounded) that I no longer see the share counts.

I cleared all the cache as well. Still no share counts using the “Icons only” options.

Even with the latest update 3.5.2 the “icon only” buttons do not show the Facebook share count! The official buttons work normally though. Any future updates & fix for this?

Thank you so much @brandon for your help. It seems you are absolutely right. My host is GoDaddy & honestly, I am recently facing some troubles with regard to this matter.

Do you suggest any approach to avoid this in the future especially that JetPack 3.4.3 is out now?

I have transferred the Jetpack plugin files manually thru FTP and it works fine now.

I wonder what was the reason for this error. And honestly I am afraid to update to 3.4.3

@d4z_c0nf Sorry I did not respond earlier.

The only solution I had to follow is to delete the folder of the plugin on the server through FTP & then unzip the downloaded file of the plugin & transfer the files to the server through FTP as well.

I tried to re-download the font customizer form the original paid customizr site (where I paid & created an account). Them, I tried to manually upload it; but I got an error stating the the folder already exists!

Any help please. I still cannot update this paid plugin!

I tried it, & it didn’t work. We both then have the same problem.
