Hi Vadym,

In order to edit the Floated Share Buttons (vertical buttons) you will need to go to your Shareaholic > App Manager and click the green “Configure Additional Features” button on the right. This will allow you to connect your plugin settings to your new or existing Shareaholic.com account. Once you have connected your plugin, go into your website’s settings you will see a section for “Floated Share Buttons” below your website’s name and Site ID. Click the Settings icon on the right of the Floated Share Buttons to customize settings.

Not sure it will work since the slider is displaying on the homepage. And the posts on the slider is not an actual post, only a preview of the post. So sorry about that! And let me know if you have any additional questions about this.

Glad to know you were able to troubleshoot the problem! And yes, the Adguard Blocker has made the decision to block all of the Shareaholic features including share buttons, but we’re not entirely quite sure why. It’s really up to Adguard on what they want to remove from view when their extensions are enabled. Let me know if you have any additional questions! Happy to help.

I apologize for the inconvenience! I just checked your site https://www.altermedicine.org and was able to see your share buttons displaying below your post. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache to see if that works? Also, you may want to try viewing your site on a different browser to see if the issue is specific to the browser you are viewing it on? Let me know what you get!

Thanks for waiting! Would you mind checking again to see if the thumbnails are now displaying the correct images? I was unable to get white images showing when clicking through your recommendations several times. Also, I noticed the thumbnail images appear to be matching with image on the posts, so it looks like it’s picking up the correct images. If that is not the case on your end, would you mind providing an example of a post that is still showing the incorrect image? It may have fixed itself since you last wrote, which was 4 days ago. Let me know if you are now seeing those changes.

Thanks for your patience on this! Do you mean stop showing once you hit the footer? If so, unfortunately we don’t have that type of option at this time. We have more options on the mobile view for floated share buttons, which allows you to set a trigger on when the floated share button should appear when scrolling through the page. However, that doesn’t seem to be what you are trying to do here. I’m sorry about that! I can put this in as a feature request for our dev team to consider. Let me know if you have additional questions about this or if there’s anything else I can help you with.

Hi maresj (Jan) – thanks for waiting on this! I just clicked through a few of your recommendation thumbnails and was unable to get a page that was removed? This may have resolved already. Would you mind clearing your browser’s cache and verifying for me?

gabriellestclaire – are the removed pages still showing as a recommendation? Would you mind providing the URL?

caresind012 – clicking through your recommendations, I was unable to get a deleted page? Would you mind verifying if those pages have been removed from your recommendations? Also, make sure to clear your browser’s cache before checking. Let me know!
