Hi @munyez33,
It looks like you have not verified your e-mail account yet on Shareaholic.com. I re-sent another verification e-mail to you to confirm. I’d like to make sure that you’re using the correct account to log-in to. But first, can you send me a direct e-mail of the Shareaholic username you’re using? Here’s my e-mail: [email protected].
Thanks!
Mary AnneHi @munyez33,
Thanks for reaching out to us! It may be possible that the API key created from your plugin doesn’t reflect the API key that is used on your Shareaholic.com account, which causes duplicate accounts. No worries! I’ll investigate this more and get back to you with more information. Hang tight!

Hi George,
Thanks for reaching out! I do notice that the image opens up in a window with other images to select from. At this time we currently don’t have a way to single out just the blog post you want to pin, other than using the “Shareable Image” feature. However, this is a great information as a feature request that I will forward to my dev team. Let me know if you anymore questions about this. I’m always happy to help!
Thanks,
Mary AnneHi @thebestwebsites,
Sorry for the delay! Do you mind sending over that information to me via email? I’ll be handling this issue moving forward to ensure you get a quicker response time.
Thanks!

[email protected]Hi @froddis,
Thanks for letting me know! I tried to replicate the issue on my end, but was unable to do so. The share buttons appear once you click “Read More” on an article, including the share counts. Is their a specific URL this is happening on? And what browser are you using? Thanks for your help.
Mary Anne

Hi @phattrance,
Thanks for letting me know! I was able to get the share buttons to appear on both Chrome and Firefox on the first try. I’ve also tried the example URL you gave me: https://gifsec.com/funny/tag/what-the-fuck-reaction-gif/page/4/. It seems to be working just fine. I’ve also had my dev team try it out on both Windows & Mac operating systems and it seems to be working on every browser.
I’ve noticed on your screenshots you have an Ad Blocker enabled on your page. In some cases, this may cause a conflict with the share buttons working properly. Can you try disabling the Ad Blocker, refreshing your browser, and seeing if the buttons appear? I just want to make sure we get to the bottom of this.
Thanks for your help!
Mary AnneHi @phattrance,
It looks like we were able to fix the problem on your site! Can you please verify on your end that the share buttons are now appearing on your page?
Thanks for your patience!

Mary AnneHi @froddis,

Hi @cristinah,
Correction! There is a way to disable the “more options” button. If you go into your Shareaholic plugin App Manager page, under the “Share Buttons” section click “customize” for the share buttons you want it removed from. Uncheck the box that reads: Show More Options Button. Let me know if you need assistance with this, or if you any other questions. I’m happy to help!
Best,
Mary Anne
