The website is grabthetorch.org and the issue is on the following pages:

The fields that do not show the text being entered are the email field and the message field. The name, phone, and subject fields work fine.
The problem is also on my password protected pages:

https://grabthetorch.org/maine-2015/
You cannot see that text is being entered. Do not necessarily want to show the actual password but would like visitors to know they are entering text.
