The error is occurring again, and in a much worse way.
No notification appears on any page on the website.
Thank you for giving a final solution.
After the last update to Version 2.0.3 the cookies notification appears again on home page and on privacy policy page.

If something is still not right please send access so we can check it out and refund if can’t be fixed.
Refund is not something straightforward ( that’s way we have simple clear terms ), this involve additional costs on this side, totally not negligible (e.g. paper works, accountant). Also we already remitted the VAT to your country, which involve a specialized company to recover.
After having answered this I continued to ask refund and you never answered anymore.
Therefore, I had to raise a dispute with PayPalI remind you, again, that your terms and conditions cannot be not compliant with EU laws. Your service is based in a country inside the European Union and you must respect the European Union laws.
Moreover, you accept payments by PayPal, it also means you cannot be not compliant with PayPal terms and conditions, which respect EU laws.
EU laws establish the following:
If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. I asked the refund 3 days after the purchase. Your accounting problems do not concern me, and I cannot be held responsible.
If you are not prepared, or you do not want to be compliant with EU laws you should think about go outside of the EU territory.
Your accusations are defamatory, I warn you that I could pursue legal proceedings if it continues.

I agree the plugin creator should have acknowledged your contribution.
What I wanted to say is that I find it more effective to report the bug here on the support page and at the same time contact the creator of the plugin directly through his website.
I repeat, I know it shouldn’t be necessary to do this, but I’ve also noticed that bugs are solved much faster this way.

I wrote the bug here and just after I went on the website of the plugin creator and wrote a message about the bug directly through the contact form.
I think it has been considered and solved so fast for that reason.
Personally, I always report bugs this way for plugins, on the WP support page and directly on the plugin website.
I know it shouldn’t be necessary to send a message via the plugin website, but this way, normally, accelerate a lot the resolving process.Forum: Plugins

It is not WP Hide & Security Enhancer that creates the issue but another plugin.
