The definition of your couriers is not set by default.

you should set it yourself.

It’s in the Woocommerce settings. there is a tab for “Emails”

Just make sure every time you update woocommerce, update that email template as well. because the update of woocommerce resets it.

One point to consider:
In woocommerce->settings->payments->BLAZING Email Transfer, you can find “Enable for Shipping Methods”.
make sure whatever you set for “cash on delivery”, set it for this one as well.

I installed Shipday plugin, to test it. but it does not give me an API key.
I think the only way to test, is to pay for their monthly plan.

the only other thing I can think of, is to change the order of “payment methods”.
if “blazing email transfer” is after another payment method, please move it up in the list.

I tested with these versions, and it works fine for me.
I suggest you to check woocommerce->status, to see if something needs to be fixed.

If you just replace it with any word you want, user will see that answer upon purchase, or in emails received
