It worked for me. Just make sure you replace double-quotes with the correct ascii character.

First, this site changes the double-quote to something else. What I typed was a simple double-quote, not this one.
second, upon selecting a courier, and entering a tracking number, the button is grayed out, until you click on “update order” to save everything.then “Email tacking info” button is available. That’s so to make sure tracking info is saved.

I did that and it worked for me.

Upon installation of the plugin, there is a template courier list, which you should modify and save it. After saving that, it should work.

You can customize the email template in Woocommerce->settings->emails->Order Shipment Tracking
you can copy the template to your child theme, and add a few html lines before the generated tracking info.
But make sure whenever woocommerce has a major update, in which they recommend to update the templates, you update the template copied in your theme as well.

If in an order page, you can select a carrier from the list and assign a tracking number, it means you setup the list of carriers correctly.
But upon entering a tracking number, you should save the changes in the order first, then the button for sending tracking info is activated. It is so to make sure the changes are saved first.

if you look at screenshots of this plugin, there is an entry in wordpress control panel, named “chart snippets”, as following:

you should save the script as a chart snippet record in wordpress database, not as a file.
each post, page or “chart snippet has a slug, which is unique. you can introduce that slug as source in the shortcode.

I guess you should introduce the right name for the source. You should save that script as a “chart snippet” and use its slug for source, instead of “a Chart Snippet”
That script is working on the demo site, so presumably it should work on your page.

screenshot 2 implies that email transfer is only active when Canada Post is the selected shipping method. It’s inactive otherwise.
If that’s the case, you can remove Canada Post as the only acceptable shipping method for this checkout.

Would you please share the JSON you are trying to save in the settings?
