Thank you so much for your five-star review! It means a lot to us and encourages us to keep improving the plugin. We are a bit unsure about the improvement request you mentioned, so please feel free to reach out to us via live chat on our website at https://masteriyo.com/.
If you could also provide full details about the account creation, registration system, and account confirmation by code, that would be a big help.
Best regards!
The SureCart integration is designed to let SureCart handle all processes, including orders, sign-ups during checkout, emails about orders and sign-ups, and the page you see after buying.
We’ve been trying to explain that your understanding of the SureCart integration is incorrect. You create a SureCart product and link it using the SureCart integration. When a user buys the product through SureCart, it creates the account during checkout, sends the user to a thank-you page, and sends registration and order emails.
The default thank-you page doesn’t show course access information, so we’ve provided this guide: https://surecart.com/docs/custom-thank-you-page/ to offer you instructions on how to customize the SureCart thank-you page and put the link to your Masteriyo Account page’s course section on the SureCart page to guide the student.
If you’re not receiving order or registration emails, please check your SureCart settings and SMPT or contact the hosting provider. Also, according to SureCart, you must change the checkout form to add password fields for user registration. We’ve provided instructions for this here: https://surecart.com/docs/password-field-checkout/
Following these two guides should solve your problem. During checkout, the user will be automatically registered, and the thank-you page will show how to access the purchased course.You seem to think that Masteriyo handles the SureCart checkout, but it doesn’t. Masteriyo doesn’t control SureCart’s checkout, order, or registration processes. When someone buys a course through SureCart, Masteriyo just syncs the user information from SureCart and gives access to the course.
We keep getting messages about Masteriyo not sending registration emails, so we’ve asked you to read our instructions carefully. We never meant to be disrespectful or hurt you.
Also, we didn’t mention WooCommerce in our conversation. Could you tell us where you think we suggested using WooCommerce instead of SureCart?
We are still available for support because we do not differentiate between the free and premium users. Please create the topic on our support forum or contact us via live chat from our official website. We will get back to you as soon as possible.Hi @marcekiel,
PHP generates deprecation notices when it identifies code that uses functions, methods, or practices that will become outdated. These pieces of code are operating and do not affect your site. Also, the deprecated message shows up on your site because you enabled the debug log on your wp-config.php file.We tried replicating the depreciated message by enabling the debug log in our testing environment, but we could not find the message. Please let us know the Masteriyo plugin version you used on your site. If this deprecation message shows after enabling a specific feature, please provide us with detailed information, and we will look into it and get back to you.
Regards!Hi @tanohex,
The Masteriyo does not provide multi-language support with the current feature, but we intend to release it in upcoming updates. If you need the course in a different language, then you will need to create a complete course in the preferred language. For source text translation, you can translate the Masteriyo plugin into any language offered by WordPress using free plugins like Loco Translate. Please check this documentation?https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/translate-the-Masteriyo-plugin-into-Multiple-Languages. It will help you translate the plugin on your site.

Hi @tanohex,
As mentioned earlier, the spacing issue is caused by the theme resources, so we have provided you with the custom CSS. Since all your problems have been solved, we will resolve this topic. If needed, please create a new topic. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Regards!Hi @tanohex,
Thank you for writing back,
Please try the following CSS code to remove the space on your enrolled course section..masteriyo-account-page .mto-enrolled-course {
padding-bottom: 0px;
}
Best Regards!Hi @tanohex,
The screenshot issue is from the theme, except for the responsive issue. To resolve this issue, please add the following CSS code to your additional CSS.#masteriyo-account-page ul {
padding: var(--chakra-space-4) !important;
}
.masteriyo-account-page div#et-main-area div#main-content .container {
padding-bottom: 40px;
}
You can change the 40px space at the bottom according to your needs. Our upcoming patch version will fix other responsive issues.
Regards!Hi @tanohex,
We have fixed this issue in our development; we will soon release the patch version, including the fix.
Regards!Hi @tanohex,
Thank you for the information,
We will release the patch version soon, which will display the correct Free vs Pro?comparison information.

Hi @matteocappelli,
We checked your course but did not find the issue on your YouTube videos. For your confirmation, please check this screen recording: https://jam.dev/c/11af5bc9-b931-4df0-9c3f-b1faad05ef1c
It might be the browser cache, so we recommend you check the site from private (Incognito) browser mode.Regards!
Hi @matteocappelli,
We have tested the YouTube public video link on our lesson, but the YouTube video is working fine. For your confirmation, please check the following screenshots:
Lesson Editor: https://imgur.com/vCST9Ys
Lesson Preview: https://imgur.com/ot78633Could you please try adding this video link: https://youtu.be/pr1vYXNnaTI to your lesson? Also, please provide us with a screenshot showing how you added the video to your lessons.
I hope this information helps.
Regards!Hi @iromi92,
We have checked your course page and found that all your courses are premium, so we are unable to investigate the issue you mentioned. We recommend you create a free course for testing so we can check your quiz issues.
Since you are using the Premium version, we recommend you go through this link: https://masteriyo.com/ and use the live chat support to contact our team. Also, please add this topic URL so you do not need to explain your issue again.
We do not recommend creating a topic here while using the premium product because this support forum is for free plugin users, and questions about premium features may confuse free users.
I hope this information helps,
Regards!Hi @alwiertz,
Since we did not get a response from you, we are marking this thread as resolved, as we believe the issues mentioned here are now resolved. Please create a new support thread if needed.
Thanks!
