Hi Tano,
The design issue seems to be caused by conflict. Could you please provide us with the account page link? We will register as students and investigate the issue.
Regards!Hi there,
We checked the console as an admin but did not find such errors. For your confirmation, please check this screenshot: https://imgur.com/snREw1D.
It seems that the plugins cause the conflict. Could you please refer to this documentation: https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/test-conflict-on-your-site, and follow the instructions? This will let you know the cause of the error.Regards!

We are unclear about your certification requirements. If you want to change the instructor’s display name, you will need to edit his profile from your Dashboard >> Users and change the name to suit your needs.Regards!

Hi Irina,
Thank you for raising this topic,
We have investigated the issue and found the reason because of the different text domains and the slug. We have used the masteriyo text domain and learning-management-system slug on our plugin, so it is creating the issue on translation.
Please go to the wp-content/languages/plugins folder and replace all the learning-management-system slug to masteriyo to fix the translation issue.
Example: learning-management-system-ru_RU.po to masteriyo-ru_RU.po (All .mo, .po, .json files related to masteriyo)
We will soon release the update with the fix; I hope this information helps.
Regards!Since we did not get a response from your end, we are marking this thread as resolved, as we believe the things mentioned here are now resolved. Please create a new support thread if needed.
Thanks!
