Hi Irina,
Thank you for contributing to the Masteriyo translation.
We want to get a better understanding of your translation difficulty. It would be easier to help you if you could provide us with additional information about your situation.
Regards!
Hi There,
Masteriyo is a fully translation-ready plugin. You can translate the Masteriyo plugin into any language offered by WordPress using free plugins like Loco Translate.
Please check this documentation https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/translate-the-Masteriyo-plugin-into-Multiple-Languages. It will help you translate the plugin on your site.Regards!
Yes, the learn page excludes information is not included in our documentation. We will update the documentation soon.
Since we are unable to replicate the issue in our testing environment, we recommend you try the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-optimize/ plugin on your site. The exclude cache settings are similar in this plugin. In the WP Optimize cache plugin, you need to replace $ with * on your Masteriyo pages to exclude caches.
We checked the latest version of Masteriyo (1.7.4) and the LiteSpeed Cache (6.1), but we found no issues. Please check this screen recording for confirmation: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nUDFHv7CvUldTZWNUlu_ey17WItPdABT/view?usp=sharing
Since the mentioned issue is not replicated in our testing environment, we recommend you conduct a conflict test by deactivating your other third-party plugin.
Also, we recommend you check your LiteSpeed Cache settings and check whether the learn page is added for cache exclusion or not.Hi Tano,
Please go through this documentation: https://docs.masteriyo.com/faqs/configuring-caching-plugins#lite-speed-cache and follow the instructions to set up the cache plugin on your site.
Regards!Since we did not get a response from your end, we are marking this thread as resolved, as we believe the things mentioned here are now resolved. Please create a new support thread if needed.
Hi there,
We have set up the new testing site with the mentioned PHP and server setup information, but we are unable to replicate the issue. For your confirmation, please check this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/DMngsC6AaQ0y
We suspect the issue is produced by the cache or optimization plugins that do not allow the load of the Masteriyo plugin resources or possibly other third-party plugins activated on your site. We recommend you disable all the cache, optimization plugins and try to activate the Masteriyo LMS. If this does not help, we recommend deactivating other plugins and repeating the process.
Please note that deactivating the plugin does not affect your site. Once you activate it again, the settings and the plugin’s content will be restored.
Regards!Hi Hakan,
Yes, the latest update introduces the block editor feature. Now, you can create your course, lesson, and quizzes with the block editor.

Since this public platform is for free plugin users, we can not continue the conversation here. To discuss this further, please visit https://masteriyo.com/ and contact us via live chat. We look forward to hearing from you.

Regards!Hi there,
The Stripe payment integration does not have such an issue. It might be the configuration issue so we recommend you follow this documentation: https://docs.masteriyo.com/premium-addons/stripe-payment-gateway. Especially the Payment intent part while creating the event.According to the WordPress Support community guidelines, we can not continue the premium product support here because this support forum is for free plugin users. Please go through this link: https://masteriyo.com. You will find the live chat option to contact our support representative.
Regards!
Hi there,
Thank you for writing in,
To proceed with creating the product using WooCommerce integration, it’s essential to include the price on your courses and it is not an issue or bug. Kindly update the product details by adding the price for the premium course.

Hi Pratik,
To clarify, we’ve been talking since July, and we usually communicate through live chat, so you’re possibly reaching out via email. My previous response was straight because it was in the context of a chat, and referring to a specific message on a public platform is unexpected.Ultimately, deciding to proceed with the plan purchase is entirely yours. You have recommended this pricing https://www.themeum.com/tutor-lms/pricing as a reference, but you’ve changed the conversation. However, we offer a range of plans with different add-ons and site licenses. We don’t follow the exact prices and plan structures of other companies.
We appreciate your understanding of our policy and request you reconsider your review of non-relevant topics on the free plugin platform.
Regards!
