Asking clients to convert stock shots to webp before upload is not going to work!

Another thing – make sure you have ‘JS Combine’ turned off in LiteSpeed – if it is turned on then, at least in our tests, the banner simply will not load.

Try turning on the ‘Use Meta’ setting under ‘Advanced’ … worked for us, just be sure you have browser cache and any server cache (Litespeed in our case) cleared a few times between each test.

Thanks, but still no luck. No longer getting the redeclare error, but the ‘new’ function is not getting called, or something else is wrong – no changes are working. Using a Genesis Child theme.

Have just tried this and am also getting a redeclare error:

Exactly the same here. If I clear cache then things work, but only until the next page load, then the message quoted above, again.

Don’t suppose you’d have a full list of the parameters added in order to whitelist them individually?

It was indeed during the initial tour. However, I thought that the plugin itself needed ‘activating’ and the reason that I thought this is that the scan would not work (start).
I now realise that this is because of a force-login plugin I used – turn it off and the scan runs. However, I don’t want to turn this off – it’s a members-only, login-only site, and I’d prefer to not have to turn off login ever. Any suggestions?
