    Hello @fbarland ,

    Thank you for the details provided!

    I managed to replicate the issue however I noticed that it happens with more themes including the default WP ones (Twenty Twenty, Twenty Twenty One, etc) which means that this is not a theme-related issue, but a WP core issue. That being said, I have reported it to our developers in order to fix it in future releases if it is within our reach to do so, however, in cases like these usually, there isn’t much we can do on our end.

    Thank you for your help in finding this issue!

    Hello @maeliacreation

    Thank you for all the information!

    I managed to reproduce the issue and sent it to our developers to have it fixed.

    In the meantime, you can roll back the plugin to version 31 and expect the update (coming soon) which should fix this issue.

    Thank you all for your implication and for helping us get to the bottom of this issue!

    Hello @yishayjo ,

    We apologize for the frustration this change must have caused you. We do understand that this is not a popular decision but we analyzed the product sustainability and growth and in order to further support the innovation and development we appeal to our users to further support our work by either recommending our product if they like or financially via paying for the PRO version. Moreover please consider that Feedzy is a customer-funded project and without Premium product sales we can’t provide any updates whatsoever to the free product.

    If you think that Feedzy does not provide enough value to use it, I do understand, and with the support of those that will do, we hope to increase the value over time thru new features to make it worth it for you too.

    Thank you for understanding and have a great day ahead.

    Hello @mundkurgopi1955 ,

    Thank you for using Optimole and for reaching out!

    I have accessed the website and for me, the video loaded in about 1 second, along with the other elements of the page. Is it taking longer for you?

    Also, I couldn’t quite tell how you placed the video there thus would you mind sharing with us if you used a plugin or the theme block so we can try to reproduce the issue?

    Thank you and we’ll be awaiting your reply!

    Hello @capitaldigital ,

    Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear about your experience!

    This is a free forum where users can post questions and share their ideas with the community to better themselves and to also help other users in need. However, given it’s a public forum, we cannot share sensitive information on the threads for security reasons.

    Related to your initial thread, we only wanted to see the website page, and a URL so we can take a better look at the issue in order to start troubleshooting or at least guide you to the correct path, but we didn’t ask for any login information to the admin panel for obvious security reasons.

    If we cannot see the issue, it is quite difficult to provide a solution and I hope you can understand that.

    In the meantime, if you are still interested to work on solving that particular issue, we would appreciate it if you could at least share some screenshots of the issue, error logs if any, and some details about the plugins used, the WP environment, and the PHP version.

    Also, you can try using some custom CSS to create more left margin for the sidebar. You can use the below as an example:

    .col-md-offset-1 {
        margin-left: 200px;
    }

    Thank you for understanding and have an amazing day!

    Hello @raphaelfiquet ,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    In some cases, the code within the Additional CSS tab might be broken at some level which makes code that is written after the break to become invalid.

    We can test this theory by deleting all the code inside the Additional CSS tab (you can cut and paste it in another place like Notes so you don’t lose all your work) and then try applying a simple command such as the one below:

    body {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Try and publish the changes and see if the CSS is respected. If the answer is yes, then you need to reevaluate the previous code and see where the mistake is produced, and fix it.

    Thank you for understanding and please let us know if this worked for you!

    Hello @hd1984 ,

    Thank you for using Neve and for helping us get to the bottom of this issue!

    I have tried replicating this particular scenario on my test instance but to no avail. It looks like the issue is going on for a few days already and we would like to help you finally solve it thus would you mind sharing how to replicate this behavior exactly so we can forward it to our developers and fix it?

    The more details you can provide the better so we can ensure proper replication!

    Thank you for understanding and for collaborating with us!

    Hello @evandrowahbe ,

    Thank you for using Neve and we are sorry to hear about the issue encountered!

    I have tried searching your name in our system but I couldn’t find an account tied to this username thus I suppose you must have used a different e-mail.

    We always do perform our refunds if they respect our refund policy and in your case, most probably your mail was marked as spam for some reason, thus it might not have reached us.

    Can you please try to contact us again through your Themeisle account (link here)

    If that didn’t work and you do not get a response from us within 8 hours, you can try using the pre-sales contact form..

    We would need your e-mail to solve your situation thus please make sure you provide that in your message.

    Thank you for understanding and hoping to hear from you soon!

    Hello @audunmb ,

    Thank you for your review!

    We apologize for the frustration this change must have caused you. We do understand that this is not a popular decision (removing the Copyright component) but we analyzed the product sustainability and growth and in order to further support the innovation and development we appeal to our users to further support our work by either recommending our product if they like or financially via paying for the PRO version. Moreover please consider that Neve is a customer-funded project and without Premium product sales we can’t provide any updates whatsoever to the free product.

    With that in mind we have decided that if you want to update to the newer version, you’ll either have to get the premium version to get the functionality or accept that some features would be missing. Alternatively, you’re free to continue to use the 3.2.x version for as long as you want.

    If you think that Neve does not provide enough value to use, I do understand, and with the support of those that will do, we hope to increase the value over time thru new features to make it worth it for you too.

    Thank you for understanding and have a great day ahead.
