In reply to: [Neve] Add a custom sidebar ?Hello @mxlaxe ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
Neve natively offers 2 sidebars (main and shop) like you mentioned.
What you want to do is achievable by creating a child theme and applying custom code modifications to it until you get the desired result. Here is our documentation for how to create a child theme for Neve https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve
Thank you and happy building!

In reply to: [Neve] Neve Theme Blog Post colliding with menuHello @callmedionysus1983 ,
Thank you for using Neve!
In order to solve this issue you could either remove the custom css added to the transparent header or add the below code into the Additional CSS tab from the Customisation Menu :
.hfg_header.neve-transparent-header:not(.has-sticky-rows--desktop) { position: relative; }
If you’re using Neve Pro i would reccomend contacting us through https://store.themeisle.com/contact/ so we can further assist with your inquiries.
Please let us know if this fix worked for you!
Thank you and happy building!

In reply to: [Neve] Images not being served responsiveHello @learningstill ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
930×620 is the size of images Neve uses for blog posts so the image is cropped to this size and then used. If you want to change the size to different dimensions here is our doc for it – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1269-how-to-change-image-size-in-neve
As it is you won’t be able to see your custom mods in the DOM as WordPress will automatically add to the srcset all size versions of the image that are exactly the same aspect ratio as the image size specified. So generally – unless your original is a square image – the thumbnail image size won’t be added and other specific crop sizes may not be included.
I would also recommend using Optimole plugin as it will help you with having the images optimised and served responsive from the box!
Please let us know if this answer was helpful!
Thank you and happy building!

In reply to: [Neve] Blocks losing their format when page is publishedHello @janijan7 ,
This happens because your URL is hardly coded into the wp-config.php file.
In order to change that you have to update the file manually with the help of an FTP client. I know it might sound like a lot of work but if you follow the below steps precisely you’ll get it done in no time.
1) First Back-up you site to be safe in case something goes wrong.
2) Download an FTP client of your choice. ( here are some suggestions: https://www.wpbeginner.com/showcase/6-best-ftp-clients-for-wordpress-users/)
3) Simply connect to your website using an FTP client and edit the wp-config.php file. You need to add the following code just above the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing’.
CODE TO BE ADDED:
define( ‘WP_HOME’, ‘https://janajandova.com’ );
define( ‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘https://janajandova.com’ );4) You can now save your changes and upload them back to your server. After that, visit your website to make sure that everything is working fine.
This should be all!
Please let us know if you still encounter the issue!
Thank you and have an amazing day!

In reply to: [Neve] Blocks losing their format when page is publishedHello @janijan7 ,
The problem is that the styles are not loading correctly due to a “Mixed Content”error which comes from the fact that your website is secure ( has SSL thus address is https:// etc) whilst the links to the stylesheets remained http.
This can be fixed by going to the Dashboard -> Settings -> General and just rewrite https instead of http in the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) ( ex: https://janajandova.com/) and hit Save.
After doing this go into Settings -> Otter -> Regenerate CSS.
This should fix all the styles and your website should look like intended.
As for the line of code mentioned in the earlier response, it has to be copied and pasted by Visit Website -> Customize -> Additional CSS ( and you insert it here)
This should make the buttons look turqoise too!
Please let me know if this helped!
Thank you!

In reply to: [Neve] Rss Feed is not workingHello @raselboy ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
In order to fix your RSS feed issue we would need some additional information. Could you please share the source you’re using and also provide some screenshots of the settings you’re using for the Feedzy Gutenberg Block?
As for the thumbnails you can change the size by adding the below code to the Additional CSS tab in the Customize Menu:
.wp-block-themeisle-blocks-posts-grid-post-image {
height: 100px;
width: 150px;
}Please let us know if this worked for you!
