In reply to: [Neve] Theme’s update breaks the header layoutHello @valmusette28 ,
Thank you for choosing Neve and congratulations for your website!
Usually updating themes and plugins within wordpress shouldn’t affect your customisation. However if custom changes have been made to the code then you will have to re-adjust them after updating.
Before modifying anything you should do a back-up of your website to be safe. When you decided to update your website to the latest version you can follow the below guides.
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-themes/how-to-update-a-wordpress-theme-without-losing-customization/or
https://kinsta.com/blog/how-to-update-wordpress-theme/ (using a child theme)
If you are having trouble creating a child theme here is our guide for Neve https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve
Please let us know if this worked!
Thank you and have an amazing day!

In reply to: [Neve] Menu, submenu and sub-submenu alignment and underlineHello @digitalgypsych ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
First you should disable the additional CSS modifiations made so you can start from a clean slate.
In order to properly align the items as wanted you need to go to Customize -> Header. Now look into the right down part of the page where you have the header blocks and click on the settings wheel from the middle row on the left handside and Select the “Full Width” layout. ( screenshot here https://ibb.co/SNFgnt0).
Now you should be able to align everything to the far left by adjusting the Header Menu block after your liking. Just drag and expand the blocks until the desired format appears.
Please let me know if you are still encountering issues!
Thank you and have an amazing day!

Thank you for choosing Neve!
Could you please provide some screenshots of where this situation is happening? I have navigated the site but couldn’t locate the upload photo section.
Also i have noticed that you are not using the latest version of our theme. Please backup your website and then update all plugins and the theme and see if the issue still persists.
Please let us know if that worked for you!
Thank you and have an amazing day!

In reply to: [Neve] 2.11.4 Menu showing extra pagesHello @centechautomation ,
This might be caused by a plugin conflict indeed but we can try multiple fixes. I also see that the “Primary Menu”checkbox is not selected which in this state will affect the way the menu is displayed. Let’s try that first and if it doesn’t work try the following.
1) try and clear all cache (browser, site, etc) as your site might be displaying an old version.
2) try and deactivate all plugins then activate them one by one and pin-point the one that is causing trouble.
3) backup your site and delete and re-create your menu from scratch. If that didn’t work either try and re-install the theme.
Please let us know if this helped!
Thank you!

In reply to: [Neve] Rotating headlinesHello @wordzebra ,
It seems that the site you mentioned is using a plugin called WP Slick Slider and Image Carousel. However you can add a Slider element block to your website directly from the theme and achieve the desired result by adding it through the Edit Page option!

In reply to: [Neve] Misplacement of identical column in sectionHello @wordzebra ,
The icons have the same height thus the “battery” icon is not affecting the white background from the block itself.
Here is a screenshot of the result from inserting the <br> fix while using Inspect Element. https://ibb.co/4FV8Rxf
In order to obtain the same result on the website you need to enter the page with Page Editor, select the entire block element, hit the 3 dots and select Edit as HTML.
The <br> tag needs to be inserted after the </p>. https://ibb.co/0Crg3hP (attached a screenshot of the insertion using Inspect Element). If it still doesn’t work try and clear the cache and see if that works after the modification. Please let us know if this worked!
Thank you!

In reply to: [Neve] Blocks losing their format when page is publishedHello @janijan7 ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
We cannot access the preview link you posted as it is only visible to the admin (you in this case).
Could you please attach some screenshots depicting how the site in your vision and in preview looks like?
For the buttons to become turqoise you can add the below code into the Additional CSS tab in your Customize Menu:
.wp-block-button__link { background-color: var(–nv-primary-accent); }
Please provide the screenshots for further assistance on this case!
Thank you and have an amazing day!
Hello @wordzebra ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
In order to create the custom changes to the plugin the code needs to be customised as no settings in the plugin do this exact modification that you would like.
The way the switcher of Polylang is setup doesn’t allow such a modification without directly intervening in the heart of the code.
However if these modifications are crucial to your website we would suggest asking the Polylang Support team for custom code. (https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/polylang/)
Thank you!

Hello @jabbalabba ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
We would suggest to back-up your site and try and re-install the theme along with Elementor in order to fix any missing files situation as @plantprogrammer suggested.
If that didn’t work. You could try regenerating the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS. Also you should clear out all cache (browser, wp cache if you have a plugin for that, server cache) and try again.
Please let us know if the issue still persists!
Thank you both and have a great day!

In reply to: [Neve] Embed a other font into the typography areaHello @znac ,
Thank you for choosing Neve!
Currently there are 2 ways in which you can add custom fonts to your website. We recommend using the Orbit Fox module as it’s more convenient but ultimately the choice is yours!
Here are the links to the necessary steps for both options ( Orbit and Child Theme):
