At this moment, we are not able to modify this element in the mentioned scope. The validation of the field is added to text input, so as you are writing, the string will be capitalized at iOS. We are now working on the e-mail field in our other plugin – Flexible Product Fields. When we finish adding this feature to that plugin, we will be able to copy it to Flexible Checkout Fields. It should be done in the beginning of the next year. So please, be patient, and wait for updates with new fields’ types. If you want, we can notify you, when we add it.

Thanks for your post. Probably, you are talking about typing data via mobile devices. Unfortunately, this feature isn’t added by Flexible Checkout Fields, but with iOS. So this is not dependent on our plugin, just the iPhones operating system.

Thank you for your reply. I checked this one more time, and you are right – this button is default in WooCommerce. Previously, I checked this button on orders that had “On hold” status.
Anyway, currently we are not able to fix this issue. We are working on some changes, but now this issue is hard to change. I notified our developer about your needs and added you to the list of people, that need this functionality.

Thank you for your question. Could you write, what theme do you use? Or is this button added with any external plugin? We test our plugins on Storefront theme, that is created by Automattic. I checked and I can’t find this button, so I predict, that is added with any external plugin/theme. So you need to contact with author of it.

Would you describe more widely, where you see this notification? Does it appear on a certain page? Did you see it one time, or can you recreate it at specific conditions?

Thank you for your message. Could you tell me, what settings do you have in the Flexible Checkout Fields? Do you see there any unknown fields? Or did you add any field by filter or other plugin?

Thank you for your post. I apologize for a long time response, but we were working on the issue in the background, and accidentally missed your message.
In the reply to the first task – please update plugin to FCF 3.0.3, and the issue should be resolved. Also, if it doesn’t you can follow the instructions from the documentation.
The second task should be also fixed in the newest version of FCF.
I consider this topic resolved. Let us know if the changes doesn’t resolve your issues.

Please, write in a few steps how to recreate this issue. Also, could you write there, do you have installed any plugins, that add any functionalities to your checkout page? Also, please try to isolate the issue, with deactivating all plugins and switching to Storefront theme, and checking, that issue still occurs.

Sorry to hear that the plugin did not live up to expectations. We really strive to develop our product to satisfy as many customers as possible, and over 5000 users have this plugin activated.
Our plugin is clearly described and every feature available in the free version is listed under the heading “All Features of Flexible Product Add-Ons”. That list is quite long and it will probably get longer.
