Update. I still have not gotten a refund and have given up hope for it.
I bought the premium version of the plugin, had problems with it, submitted tickets several times. Didn’t hear back at all. Eventually submitted a refund request and didn’t get any response from that either. This was about a month ago.
Warning to everyone consider buying this plugin: Don’t do it unless something changes.
In fact, with this plugin currently saying it provides refunds, there is some very serious deception going on here. Anyone have ideas on what we can do about it?
