You can set yourself a range of pinned items.
If you pin an item it will be pinned for the user too.

Pinned items are ones you choose by clicking on the star associated to the item.
It can be defined only in the dashboard widget.
The pinned items section features 3 items you pinned.

I’m working on a fix for the video issue.

I don’t understand that part :

For the matter, how can you delete something once you add it and want to delete it all together?

You can delete an item on the “Documentation” dedicated page. In the right side of the item, you can see two icons. One gives you the ability to edit the item, the other one let you delete the item.
Let me know if I don’t get your point.
