I updated the themes and the wordpress and it seemed to fix it.

Although now on my own blog – https://www.matts-site.co.uk I have 11 errors, I have up to date wordpress and theme but I have a few plugins, the only things I’ve edited in the editor for the theme is the copyright and thats it.

I still am unable to find this code

I must be a complete prat as I cannot for the life of me find that entry in the footer.php file.

Sorry kmessinger but I am a little dumb, where do i find that entry to delete? Is it in the footer file?

Do I delete the whole part or just the ending?

Also I changed my code to pastebin but I am I only meant to copy the link? As I cannot get the whole bit to paste here.

I think that one you mentioned above is actually closing the one which is <!– <div id=”site-generator”>
