@cais, thanks again for your response.
I did as you suggested and tested using the WP Twenty Fourteen theme.
In WooCommerce, the images rendered without duplication, therefore suggesting there’s some kind of setting in the theme I’m using that I’ve overlooked.
Thanks again for your help.
Please re-visit this location once again.
I’ve turned off “Enable Lightbox” checkbox from the WooCommerce settings so the “double images” would continue to come up.
The theme I’m using (X Theme) does not have a ‘global’ setting for Lightbox (it encourages you to use shortcode).
The only settings I’ve found for Lightbox are in the ngg settings and WooCommerce settings.
I’m not sure why the ngg settings would affect the WooCommerce module?
Thanks for your reply Photocrati,
Ideally when a customer clicks on an image, I’d like them to be able to navigate without the hassle of closing one photo, then clicking on the next photo one at a time.
NGG Settings:
Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects:
What must the lightbox be applied to? Only apply to NextGen imagesWooCommerce Settings:
WooCommerce > Settings > General:
Scripts: Enable Lightbox
– When checked, Lightbox produces 2 images
– When unchecked, Lightbox produces 1 image at a time, there is no lightbox navigationI’ve left the “Enable Lightbox” script unchecked for now.
Any suggestions?

In reply to: Performed update. Now my site is gone.Thank you esmi,
I had a feeling it was the last plugin that I updated (and it was).
An eCommerce plugin I’ve been using (and shall remain nameless – unless you want the ugly truth) was causing the issue.
I did as you suggested and added “-old” to the directory for that plugin, and order was restored (except for the eCommerce plugin).
Thanks again for your help esmi !!!

In reply to: p tags in my content – invalidating mark-upCrossing my fingers that WordPress development gives users an option to disable automatic <p> tags without having to be a .php developer or add some crazy plugin.
I too do not want WP touching ANYTHING that I write in the HTML editor.
In my case I’m using a custom theme with additional .js here and there. The addition of an automatic <p> tag is causing my markup to be invalid.
Help???
That tracking with Google Analytics is maybe a bit over my head, however, this is something I would like to be able to have as an option. A redirect to URL: option. Is there any easy way to do this without getting into JavaScript?
